Catch the Last Night of Play at the Summerfest Cornhole Series on August 16th
August 4, 2022Tysons Corner Center serves as a hub for the community all year long, but especially during the summer months. That’s when its fresh-air plaza becomes a popular place to hang out with takeout from one of the mall’s many eateries or take a break after shopping at its dozens of retail stores. This summer, it’s also the setting for DC Fray’s Summerfest Cornhole Series.
Come out and catch the last installment of this fun and free event on Tuesday, August 16th at 6 p.m. RSVP online to secure your (free) spot, and then you should have some to hit up a bar or restaurant at Tysons Corner Center for happy hour before heading to the plaza for a little friendly competition. DC Fray supplies the host, boards, and bags for a fun evening of tournament-style cornhole. All you need to bring are yourself and a doubles partner. Even if you don’t have a friend in tow, you’re welcome to come and meet someone new! DC Fray can pair you up with another player when you arrive. Depending on your skill level, you can expect to play for about two hours. Winners score awesome prizes from local vendors.
