Don’t Miss the Curry at Bansari Indian Cuisine
September 1, 2020Chef Deepak Sarin has all the qualifications necessary of a chef of fine Indian fare and then some. His career began long before he was even thinking about it, as a child learning alongside his mother while she cooked Punjabi food. He went on to develop his own culinary style at popular Indian eateries in Mumbai, aboard leading cruise ships, and at local restaurants like Rasika. As the head chef at newly opened Bansari Indian Cuisine, he brings his many years of experience to the table.
He also brings his own signature blend of curry spices, which has become Bansari Indian Cuisine’s house blend. The best way to try it for yourself? Order one of his scratch-made curries. The chicken and lamb curries showcase chunks of meat simmered in onion, tomato, and the spice blend. Chef Deepak and his team also craft fusion dishes like the Indo-Chinese Hakka noodles, tossed in a wok with fresh veggies, garlic, ginger, chilies, soy sauce, and spices, plus your choice of chicken or shrimp.
