This Weekend Near West Broad Residences: Farm Day at Cherry Hill Farmhouse!
October 10, 2019The days are getting shorter, the leaves are beginning to change color, and there’s a nip in the air. All of these things signal the arrival of fall — and the return of Fall Day at the Cherry Hill Farmhouse! From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 12, the annual event will return for its 12th year, bringing with it plenty of festivities to get you in the autumn spirit.
Join some friends from West Broad Residences and head to Cherry Hill Farmhouse this Saturday to partake in everything from pumpkin painting, scarecrow-making, and corn shelling to pony rides and hayrides. You’ll need to purchase tickets to enjoy all of the above, but you’ll be able to enjoy blacksmith demonstrations and tours of the Cherry Hill Farmhouse free of charge. Live music is also on the docket, and an ice cream truck will be on-site selling frosty treats.
Don’t forget to bring gently used clothing to be used for the scarecrows!
