West Broad: Falls Church Farmers Market
July 18, 2019Part of the charm of a town like Falls Church is having a good, old-fashioned farmers market, and the Falls Church Farmers Market certainly lives up to that ideal. The market operates year-round, but the summer is the time to visit for the freshest produce, beautiful flowers and plants, and prepared foods for when it’s just too hot to cook. Stock your fridge with milk and dairy products from Clear Springs Creamery, and chicken and eggs from Honey Brook Farms. And no pantry is complete without Fresh Crunch Pickles, Monroe Bay Vineyard wines, and Pearl Fine Teas. You’ll find all that and more in the rows of around 50 vendors, plus all the juicy fruit and frozen treats that makes summertime so sweet. The Falls Church Farmers Market is open from 8 a.m. to noon each Saturday, and sets up shop in the City Hall parking lot for convenient grab and go shopping. Make them your first stop each Saturday to load up on the freshest food the area has to offer.
