Ignite refers to an athletic mash-up of different yoga styles. Pulling from classic Vinyasa and Baptiste power yoga, instructors create a challenging 75-minute series that will strengthen your muscles and boost your heart rate. At a Sculpt class, you’ll bounce back and forth between cardio and weight-lifting to, quite literally, sculpt a healthier body. If you decide to try a Ride, get ready for a 45-minute cycling class during which you’ll torch calories as you push those pedals relentlessly to the tempo of top 40 hits.
