Bartaco Mosaic Transports Patrons to the Beach

They wanted to bring the vibes of a beachy resort to people all across the country, including you and your neighbors.
Bartaco Mosaic presents revamped versions of Mexican street food, starting with light bites such as guacamole with chips, seared plantains, and tamales stuffed with mushrooms and mole. Then order a few of the signature tacos, either in a classic tortilla or a cup of bibb lettuce. Varieties range from Baja fish, chicken, and spicy chorizo to falafel, pork belly, and crispy rock shrimp. You can also dig into a rice bowl, which showcases the same embellishments, just sans the tortilla. Add grilled corn and a house-made agua fresca for the full Bartaco experience.
