This class incorporates aspects of Gentle Flow and Restorative sessions, moving at a leisurely pace in order to quiet the mind and the body. If you’re interested in a more challenging workout, try the Moderate Vinyasa. The faster clip of this class keeps the blood moving as you flow through Sun Salutations, and your muscles will be begging for a break after long stints holding various poses.
